Packs

We have ten flexo machines varying from 6 – 14 colors. These are wide webs designed to print using a wide range of color combinations with flexible photopolymer printing plates mounted on rotating cylinders to deliver vibrant image production.

We make use of fast drying inks such as UV curable, water based and also solvent based which are cost effective and economical for large volume runs.

Printed materials come out as designed, followed by the finishing which involves coating, online die cutting, folding and gluing, depending on the package specifications according to customer’s requirements. All these attributes make the pack safe for use as secondary food packaging material. In all, we consistently achieve a high-quality specialist finishes on images every time.
